At th desk they gave me some papers for signing without saying that they have booked a insurance for me for 99€ additionally. After a complaint no solution from the customer Service! Playing tricks on your clients is a pity!

R	Robin Taba (Sm1leX) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you book a „Ford Focus“ Class Car, the say, that you get a Opel Combo... that‘s a fkn Truck! But the good news is, that they don‘t even have Opel Combos. So they just want you to pay an extra fee for a Kia Sportage. But you get the Kia even if you don‘t pay the extra fee. Thats absolutely dumb and not a good service! And give attention to your car when you get it. We had a screw in the tire when we get the car. They just closed directly after we got the car. So we couldn‘t change the car or just tell them, the car had a defect. So we get a Invoice of 711€ (!!!) for just one f*n tire! That was defect when we got the car. The Service is the worst i‘ve ever seen. We called the emergency number of Buchbinder and they told us, they can help us, if we bring the car back three days later! So one day, after the rent duration.. Never again! Just Sixt, Avis or Europcar. Always got a excellent service there, without trying to get my money for lies. Unbelieveable -.-
L	Levente Paizs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT even consider this company. I would give 0 stars if it would be possible. I rented a car for 1 week. They closed at 8 PM so I picked up the car without anyone being in the parking lot as I got they keys from their desk at the airport. Once I took the car back, I had to take it back outside of their working hours because of my flight time. The car was returned in the same condition I received it as it was a brand new car. It only needed a slight wash. After 3 days I get an email from them that the car was sent for verification and that the wheel changing kit was missing. I did not have a flat, so I did not use it. I told them, if it wasn't there when I took it back, then it wasn't there in the firts place. They still charged me over £250 for the kit which I never touched. They could of easily taken it out before taking it to the engineer for verification just to charge me extra money. Freaking thieves! Even if you return the car in pristine condition and they cannot find anything wrong, they will make something wrong, count on it! STAY FAR AWAY! You have been warned...
