★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dryer broke down and I immediately emailed a few companies. I cannot speak Hungarian, so I used google translate. Within hours, Zsolt messaged me back in English and arranged an appointment.
During the appointment, a technician (who spoke sufficient english) came and tried to troubleshoot. As the dryer couldnt be fixed onsite, it was taken away.
Pictures were provided of what the problem was and I was given the choice to fix it.
When I decided to fix it, another date was set for the dryer's repair.
Two technicians came and installed the dryer on time.
Payment was made only after successful delivery of the fixed dryer and they offered a 6 month warranty with the repair price.
I am beyond pleased with the great communication, professionalism, friendliness and transparency that every member of the team displayed during this transaction at every step. Especially as a foreigner with limited hungarian speaking skill, it's very hard to find someone who can help with things like this who can speak english and is patient.
I would definitely recommend this service in the future!!
