★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old rooms, nasty food, and everything could be heard through the walls. Only the people working here were nice, except for one guy who got angry when my friend said he didn't like the soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 1 month. I was very pleased. Clean, safe, staff is very friendly. Especially andrash and tibor. The breakfast was nice and clean. Room cleaning is good and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Usually students and youngsters stay at this hotel. But there is not much noise.Close to subway and all means of transport. Cheap price and highly recommend. I love budapest.

I have no toalet paper in the room, there was no cleaning (or change of towels etc.), furniture was very Old and why there was 2 fridges (only one plugged on)? Breakfest is not bad, but can be much better. It is ok for one night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel I had in years. Price is high for very bad rooms and small space. The sink is leaking, breakfast taste horribly, juice is mixed up with 80% of water, bread or croissant are dry and to conclude they sold us 3 bottles of water for 10€.... Avoid it if you can

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is awful. It's dirty, bathroom handle is broken, AC doesn't work, WiFi doesn't work as well.
Breakfasts are not that great. And when you pay that kind of money you expect something.
The staff is not really helpful nor kind. They act like theyvet been imprisoned here. They don't speak English on level you'd consider "good enough to help you".
The location is kind of good but for that price? No thanks.
For a 3 star hotel you'd expect at least decent level of service, food and room equipment. And to be honest? Overall it's a failure. Would not recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rom is not clean, especially bathroom and smells bad. Any hotel MUST have much better hygiene than this. Rooms are small and food is average. I've been in many better hotels/hostels with 2 stars than this with 3.
