They have a very bad and slow customer service, no system, every time I spoke with them they said different thing. They are also not cooperative and if they make mistake do not take responsibility they blame you/the customer/their customers.
What happened that I did exactly what they said in the phone, and then turned out it was wrong, the person said wrong thing, and they said it is my fault. They also forgot to send message, for 4days, that the package arrived and I need to fill a form, i had to contact with them and ask them to send me that form. It is not a service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have an extremely slow and incompetent customs team. They were informed in advance that I’m expecting a special parcel that they should treat with priority, otherwise what’s inside is going to rot in a very short time. I was told that they treat my parcel with priority, in fact they have no idea what’s the process they should follow and what they are supposed to do, they are never able to answer any of my questions and their response time is... well... way too long. Instead of being proactive and do what they are supposed to do they just keep me running around and/or waiting, and tossing paper around... Don’t recommend them for international shipments at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sended a Christmas gift to Bogota!! They delivered the packet at time, but it's reach the person to whom I sended it at January 10 because of customs problem, anyway they did the job as they said!

I left my house keys at my brother-in-laws' place.
We paid the tranfer fee, about 40 euros.
Then I had to pay a hundred euro as "custom and other fees".
When I pointed out that my own property should be custom free, they sent me a very vague answer.
So I filed a complaint to which I never received an answer.
To add insult to injury, they called me a couple of times to ask my opinion about their complaint handling process. Pathetic.
