A hostAid szolgáltatásaival nem csak az életemet könnyítettem meg, hanem olyan dolgokat tudok nyújtani a vendégeim számára, amelyekkel kitűnök a többi házigazda közül. Ezzel nem csak növelni tudtam a vendégéjszakáim számát, hanem visszatérő vendégeket szereztem. Köszönöm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in an apartment managed by this company. we had literally the worst experience ever.
Apartment was dirty (dust everywhere, unused diaper in a drawer) and unsafe (leaking sink, uncovered electrical wires, wall plugs out of the wall), customer service told us they can send someone to clean but seriously are you doing it after/if someone is complaining? Also no one showed up to check the situation after we called them, even if the apartment was on the other side of the block.
Happy ending: no refund.
Do yourself a favor: book a proper hotel, enjoy your time on holiday and avoid this unprofessional people.
