S	Sára Zsófia Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kedves, segítőkész a személyzet. A reggeli szokásos svédasztalos. A szoba semmi extra, bár tetszett, hogy az amelyiket mi kaptuk dupla volt. A hátsó részen, a parkolónál nagyon hangulatos a lugas. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is a standard buffet. The room was nothing extra, although I liked that the one we got was double. In the back, at the parking lot, the pergola is very cozy.

Telefonon tájékoztattak, hogy 11-ig maradhatunk a szobában, helyszínre érkezéskor közölték, hogy ők ilyet nem mondtak és 10-kor szigorú check out. Kértük, hogy 2 órát maradhassunk a wellnessben, mire az volt a válasz, hogy ilyet máshol sem lehet (ami nem igaz, mert mindenhol megengedik checkout után). Meg hogy ez az ő 'jófejségükön múlik'. Mintha szívességet tennének...Egyébként hogy vegye igénybe valaki a wellnesst, ha este érkezik, reggel ki kell jelentkeznie, a wellness meg 10-12 között van nyitva..? Reggeli szegényes, se növényi tej, se laktózmentes. Stinky bathroom. They were informed by phone that we could stay in the room until 11, when they arrived on the spot they were told they did not say so and at 10 a strict check out. We asked to stay in the spa for 2 hours before the answer was that it couldn’t be anywhere else (which isn’t true because it’s allowed everywhere after checkout). And that it 'depends on their kindness'. As if they were doing me a favor ... Anyway, to take advantage of the wellness, if you arrive in the evening, you have to check out in the morning, the wellness is open between 10-12 ..? Breakfast is poor, neither vegetable milk nor lactose free.

Maga a szálloda kicsi törődést igényelne dde szerintem megoldják hamarosan :) The staff is very helpful and gives them the maximum help they can. Thanks to them for everything !! The hotel itself would require a little care dde think it will be resolved soon :)

T	Tom Hejret on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with very cosy and well equipped rooms and spa. There is also good restaurant nearby (around 100m). Very nice for the price. Only thing I could imagine to be improved are better English speaking receptionists.
M	Miller Szylvya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my World! I would give 10 * if I could! Free parking 24 hours reception. Staff absolutely helpful and friendly on above everything! Saunas (more then one!) Jacuzzi with changing colours. Bedroom is nice and cosy (medium sized) with én-suite. Breakfast is buffet system, so all as you can eat. The sitting area interior design is so homely. There are the bar too to have your relaxing drink if you wish. I can’t fault it! I am definitely going back soon as possible! ?❤️? My advice : book it NOW and Enjoy your relaxing time there! ??????
