H	Hajdina Andi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Céges összejövetel kapcsán voltam itt, a szobám kényelmes, szép és ragyogóan tiszta volt. Rengeteg tv csatorna, praktikus berendezés. 2 apró megatívum: a zuhanyfejet cserélni vagy tisztítani kellene, mert tűvékony szúrós sugárban jön belőle már a víz, illetve a szobai kishűtő hangos, folyamatos csobogó hanggal működik, de mivel üres volt, kihúztam éjszakára. Az ételek frissek, ízletesek, nagy választék. A dolgozók kedvesek, segítőkészek. A wellness részleg nagyon szép és minden van ami kellhet, a külső medence még ebben a februári hűvösben is forró és teljesen jól használható. Hangulatos a horgásztó, nagy park van, sportolásra, játékra bőven van hely. Tervezem, hogy családdal is visszatérek, jó szívvel ajánlom ezt a helyet. I was here for a corporate gathering, my room was comfortable, nice and brilliantly clean. Lots of TV channels, practical equipment. 2 small megatives: the shower head would need to be replaced or cleaned because the water was already coming out of it in a thin stinging jet, and the in-room cooler was working with a loud, continuous bubbling sound, but since it was empty, I pulled it out for the night. The food is fresh, delicious, great selection. The staff is kind and helpful. The wellness area is very nice and has everything you need, the outdoor pool is hot and perfectly usable even in this cool February. The fishing lake is cozy, there is a big park, there is plenty of space for sports and games. I plan to return with my family as well, I highly recommend this place.

When ordering drinks people serving are rude and make you feel uncomfortable, always make unnecessary comments like "soon is your check out time " never experienced anything like this. My daughter after 10am asked for water and was told she has to pay.. Employes gathering together in tarrace next to the guest smoking and complaints about working here. Not great feeling. Atmosphere Feels like 80's. Rooms extremely cold - there is no heating. Would I recommend this place to my friends ?? - NO Will I come back again ? BIG NO.

Downsides: - The air is very humid in the whole building. It's like in a sauna all day and night. - Heating cannot be set in the rooms at all (which is crucial for kids) - In a room for 4 there is ONE hanger for towels, and NO hangers for bathrobes at all. We used the chairs to dry our clothes, robes and towels. VERY inconvenient. - Indoor pools are tiny (important in the winter period especially for kids)

The staff is super helpful and nice, there are several ways to relax. The rooms are tidy and well equiped. We had delicious breakfasts and dinners there. I recommend this place for a weekend trip, or any occasion for getting away from city life.

Also rooms well equiped and clean. Great service. Maybe for staff could be good to increase knowledge of foreighn languages. But all other service just great. Good place to relax and take a good meal + all this out of city noise.
