★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant and bar it's ok, but rooms are very old type, with monocolor tv and dushgell diluated. Ramada in Budapest seem other world hotel in confront with this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel at a nice location, near the beach and has good views in the upper appertments. In my opinion, the rooms are outdated and could need some renovation. The buffet is quite big and the food is average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms, good cleaning. Nice breakfast a good view from the sky lounge. Good wellness area with pool saunas relaxing area in and outdoors. Very good menue of threatments, massage and beauty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outdated and dirty rooms, warn out and half broken furniture. Everything was very dirty. The rooms smell moldy. Unkind staff mostly spoke no English at all. We went to the outdated restaurant in the basement of the hotel. The buffet dinner offering was poor, there was barely any food to be scraped off and it was all like dog food. The atmosphere was dead. It all looked as if you walked into some weird absurdity drama movie from communist times. Spend your money elsewhere! If you're in Hungary go to Budapest, Balaton just doesn't seem to be worth your money or your time. Bad mistake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 3 weeks in this hotel, me personally do not like it. Very dirty room, hair everywhere, old TV(tube), locked window, broken table, broken shower, very poor air conditioning.
Acceptable food, but the dining room is full of insects.
A hotel for old people( it's full), very gorgeous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location and the amenities are really nice. There's a pool/spa indoor, restaurant with excellent buffet breakfast and dinner, bar and kids' playing area. View from the room is amazing, but the room is a little outdated. Walls, carpet and bathroom look dirty. Soap scum in the bathroom, mold on shower curtain and the faucet is rusty. Private beach on the lake is only a few minutes walking. Within walking distance there are several bars, restaurants, ice cream places, gift shops, grocery stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with great food & a bit old fashioned interior. There was live music on Friday evening at the bar area. I really loved the coffee in the bar - delicious! ? The staff is very nice, elevators could be faster and bigger, plus there are way too many stairs when you arrive at the hotel. Otherwise good job, nice view! ?

1. 95% off staff don't know what to do and how to use their systems. You always need to ask manager to get smth.
2. Different information & service for different people - when I came for check in, it was communicated that they don't have special place to store bicycles, just park near your car. What was my surprise when I saw other guys parking their bicycles in storage room behind the lobby. Situation can be easily fixed by putting bicycles parking in garage...
3. No pool outside
