R	Rebeka Wittmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hosszú hétvégére foglaltunk szállást 4 éjszakára a hotel apartman részére, visszaigazoló emailben megkaptuk a megerősítést, majd leérkezve Siófokra közölték velünk, hogy ők semmilyen foglalást nem látnak a Bookingra fogták, hogy ők rontották el, holott magátol a hoteltől is érkezett megerősítő email. Átküldtek minket Balatonföldvárra, hogy ott tudunk egy éjszakát tölteni, aztán reggelre intéznek valamit. Reggel azt a választ kaptuk, hogy vagy maradunk Földváron vagy ennyi, de Siófokra nem tudunk menni. Mivel a vírus miatt nem kellett előleget fizetnünk, gondolom nem izgatta őket a dolog. Hosszú hétvége réven pedig már persze minden szállás foglalt volt a Balatonon. Nem ajánlom senkinek se, nagyon nagy csalódás volt! We booked accommodation for 4 nights for the hotel apartment for a long weekend, we received a confirmation email and then upon arrival in Siófok we were told that they did not see any booking at Booking, they were spoiled, although they also received a confirmation email from the hotel itself. They sent us to Balatonföldvár so that we could spend a night there, and then they would do something in the morning. In the morning we got the answer that we either stay in Földvár or so, but we can't go to Siófok. Since we didn’t have to pay an advance because of the virus, I don’t think they were excited about it. And after a long weekend, of course, all the accommodation on Lake Balaton was already booked. I would not recommend it to anyone, it was a big disappointment!

Azóta csak kopik és kopik az egész kóceráj , a medencékben sok helyen hiányzik a csempe,vagy csak úgy ott van hagyva, így legalább van mivel játsszon a gyerek. Körben vízszintjelzőnek ,az előző vendégektől maradt DNS vízkővel megerősítve barnálik . A napozóágyak ,és a kerti bútorok is megérettek a cserére. A 33-as szobát tudom értékelni .A kilencvenes évek bútorai , akkori ágyneművel ,ez viszont szó szerint. A sárga minden árnyalata megvan,az egykoron fehér textileken. Az ágy vége körben el van koszolódva, az ablakokon nincs szúnyogháló, így a klíma nélküli szobában a környék összes rovarfaja látogatást tett. A fürdőszoba kontár megoldásai a fotókon látható,ezt még megkoronáza a rozoga ,akadozva működő műanyag zuhanykabin... Azért nem egy csillagot adok,mert kedves a személyzet, és a reggeli olyan amilyen elvárható egy 3 csillagos helyen. /Kár, hogy nem ellenőrzi senki, a csillagokkal hencegő szállodákat, mert itt is lehetne csillaghullás/ Double room, high season 30000-ft / night The advertising photos show the condition about 15 years ago. Egy éjszakát töltöttünk ott terv volt hogy visszatérünk de biztosan nem. It didn't become a favorite place. In fact .... On arrival we had to ask for cleaning because the bed was full of hairs. Saját külső és belső wellnes nagyon tetszett, de személyes kedvencem a bőséges, minőségi svédasztalos reggeli. Családoknak, pihenni vágyóknak csak ajánlani tudom ! Super small place! It is in Siófok but not in the hustle and bustle, but in a calm quiet part. I really liked my exterior and interior wellness, but my personal favorite is the rich, quality breakfast buffet. I can only recommend it to families and those who want to relax!
T	Timi Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Életem első 1 csillagos értékelése! A szoba undorító volt, klíma csak a hirdetésben létezett, ahogy a wifi is. Fitness termet se említeném meg mint szolgáltatás. A wellness is nagyrészt használhatatlan volt, üzemen kívüli, első nap pl csak a medence volt használható, második nap a bio szauna meg a gőz működött , de a többi továbbra sem. A szoba: A lepedő véres volt, wc eresztett, fürdőben a víz feljött , redőny se működött, tv se igazán, elcsúszott volt a kép. Ez egy nagyon rossz időutazás volt , pofátlan összegért. Elképesztő, hogy ilyen szállások még egyáltalán működhetnek nyitva lehetnek, és 100 ezer forintot kérhetnek érte két éjszakára. Egyetlen pozitívum a személyzet, le a kalappal előttük, hogy ilyen körülmények között bírnak dolgozni. The first 1 star rating of my life! The room was disgusting, air conditioning only existed in the ad, as was the wifi. I would not mention a fitness room as a service. The wellness was also largely unusable, out of order, the first day eg only the pool could be used, second day the bio sauna set the steam worked, but the rest still did not. The room: The sheets were bloody, the toilet was drained, the water came up in the bath, the shutters didn't work, the TV didn't really work, the picture was slippery. It was a very bad time travel, for a cheeky amount. It is amazing that such accommodations can still be open at all and can ask for 100 thousand forints for two nights. The only positive about the staff, down with the hats in front of them, is that they can work in such conditions.
S	Snezana Zanfirova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Венгрия - одна большая беда, везде грязь, в шкафу в номере банка с испорченной едой, на балконе полно паутины, оборудование номера - 70-е годы прошлого века, коридоры отеля ужас - вода капает на голова, бассейн грязный, ковры в коридорах старые пятнистые, фото в инете абсолютно не соответствуют действительности. Хозяин отеля отказывается возвращать деньги за номер, если вы хотите уйти из-за грязи в номере, тем самым обворовывая гостей, договориться невозможно. Одним словом, отельный ужас. M	Michal Bednárik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál resp. recepcia nevie anglicky, chaos s kľúčmi, izby hrozné, špinavá bielizeň, nefunkčné svetlo, zafajčené, raňajky aj keď formou švédskych stolov nič moc, praženica spálená, káva len farebná voda a jeden človek na tri autobusy nestíhal. Jednoducho. Aj jedna hviezda je veľa. Moje odporúčanie: Nechoďte tam. Staff resp. the reception does not know English, chaos with the keys, terrible rooms, dirty linen, broken light, smoking, breakfast though not much in the form of buffets, roast beef burnt, coffee only colored water and one person on three buses did not catch up. Simply. Even one star is a lot. My recommendation: Don't go there.

Being spoilt Radisson Gold Member doesn't mean I'm reluctant to try anything diffetent. This time, on the occasion of Dancing Competition of my daughter, I have decided to 'follow the group' :0). Piknik Wellness Hotel delivers what it has promised. Once you are spoilt by 'stars', do not expect a lot ... wellness is small but cozy, garden pool is sufficient enought for cooling down in a hot summer days, rooms are 'vintage style', but breakfast is superb. In a nutshell, once do not need TV on demand, minibar of overpriced drinks or bathroom amenities for royal families, you won't be dissapointed for sure. Three stars are what it delivers. Some details are 'frozen in time', but staff is an example of 'Human' (you can hardly see those days in many premium hotels) and it can easily compete with five-stars for breakfast service for sure. Plenty of space for free parking, still proximity to Siofok town centre or Balaton beaches.Easy access to/from the highway.
