 I liked it, but mainly because of the pictures of Kassák and Mattis-Teutsch. There would be more fantasies from the museum.

If Lajos Kassák is a loving person - I am a fan of it myself - then you should visit here once in a lifetime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos az épület kívülről pusztuló félben van. Ez nem a múzeum hibája ez az állam hanyagsága!
A kiállítás kicsi, de igényes. Kassák munkássága és egy időszaki kiállítás van jelenleg ami hónap végén zár.
Unfortunately, the building is on the decaying side from the outside. It's not the museum's fault it's the state's negligence!
The exhibition is small but demanding. There is currently work by Kassák and a temporary exhibition that closes at the end of the month.

Kassák Lajos, a magyar avantgárd vezető művésze. Irodalmi és képzőművészeti munkásságát mutatja be, a volt Zichy-kastély I. emeletén található állandó kiállítás, mely 1976-ban, a Petőfi Irodalmi Múzeum filiáléjaként jött létre.
2000 tavaszán újabb állandó kiállítás nyílt a XX. századi magyar művészek, magyar írók hagyatékából.
Az avantgárd témakörében gyakran szerveznek időszakos kiállításokat, melyeket külföldön is bemutatnak. 1976-2007 Csaplár Ferenc irodalomkutató igazgatta a múzeumot, akinek elévülhetetlen érdemei vannak a Kassák-hagyaték rendezésében, gyarapításában és az időszakos kiállítások létrehozásában. Csaplár halála után Andrási Gábor-, majd Sasvári Edit művészettörténész lett a Múzeum igazgatója.
The Lajos Kassák Memorial Museum (in short: the Kassák Museum) is an exhibition of the works and writings of Hungarian writer, poet and painter Lajos Kassák Budapest III. district.
Lajos Kassák, leading artist of the Hungarian avant-garde. The permanent exhibition on the first floor of the former Zichy Castle, which was established in 1976 as a branch of the Petofi Museum of Literature, presents his literary and fine arts.
In the spring of 2000 another permanent exhibition was opened in the XX. century Hungarian artists and writers.
In the field of avant-garde, periodic exhibitions are often organized and presented abroad. 1976-2007 The literary researcher Ferenc Csaplár managed the museum, which has endless merits in organizing, expanding and creating periodical exhibitions. After the death of Csaplár, Gábor Andrási and then Sasvári Edit became art museum directors.
