★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visszavittem 2 termeket (egy ing es egy nadrag), amit nem reg vettem naluk. Itthon kimostam oket elso hasznalat elott, mert hat ki tudja, hogy hanyan probaltak mar elottem. Nem volt tokeletes a meret, ezert dontottem a visszavitel mellett. Nem vettek vissza, mert hogy ki volt mosva, es igy mar nem tudjak kiallitani. Fogalmam sincs h egy tiszta, mosott ruhat miert ne lehetne kirakni... Emelett persze, ezt eleg bunko stilusban adta a tudtomra a srac.
Imadom a Zara termekeket, de a mai bunko viselkedes, es rohejes indok miatt ezentul meggondolom, hogy veszek e meg naluk barmit is.
 I took back 2 rooms (one shirt and one pants) that I didn't buy from them. I washed them at home before the first use, because six people know how many people have already tried them. The size was not perfect, so I decided to take it back. They didn't take it back because it was washed, so I can't show it anymore. I have no idea why a clean, washed clothes shouldn't be unloaded ... Besides, of course, the srac gave me this in a pretty bunko style.
I love Zara products, but for today’s bunky behavioral and gruesome reason, I’m going to think about buying anything from them now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem voltak túl készségesek az eladók, arról nem is beszélve, hogy nem is nagyon voltak tisztában a boltban levő árukészlettel. Telefonra többszöri hívásra sem válaszoltak. Maga a bolt rendezett, ízléses, a termékek is szuperek.
The sellers were not very willing, not to mention that they were not very aware of the stock in the store. They did not answer multiple phone calls. The store itself is tidy, tasteful, the products are super.

Több, mint 25 ezerért vásároltam, de a top, amit az üzletben nem próbáltam fel, kicsi lett. Itthon is csak egyszer próbáltam, a rárakott cimkéhez hozzá sem nyúltam. Vissza akartam cserélni, erre azt mondják, hogy ezt már hordták. Ketten is nézegették, "a cimke le lett szedve és hordva volt". Így még sehol nem hazudtoltak meg. A felháborodástól alig kaptam levegőt, pedig panaszkönyvet kellett volna kérni. Naná, hogy messze elkerülöm. A topot majd elajándékozom.

I bought it for over 25,000, but the top I didn’t try in the store got small. I only tried it at home once, I didn't even touch the label. I wanted to exchange it back, they say this was already worn. The two of them also looked, "the label was taken off and worn." So nowhere have they been lied to. I could barely breathe out of outrage, even though I should have asked for a complaint book. Nana, I'm far from avoiding it. I'll give away the top.
