On behalf of Corvinus University Budapest and the European Marketing Association Conference, I was in charge of selecting hotel partners for our international attendees. More than 15 guests stayed for 3+ nights at this hotel. All of them were happy with the facilities and services, our guests had a great time. Thank you for contributing to the success of our business meetings.

Lovely staff, they go beyond to make sure you have the best experience. all the team at the desk. I've had issues with window in the room and changed rooms, I hope the management can take into consideration investing in these. Pool unfortunately is closed.

Perfect treatment of the hotel staff and helpful support in the chat on Facebook on the hotel website. I let my girlfriend get flowers for the anniversary with help of hotel staff and everything went great! They brought the flowers to the room and left them with a message. Thank you very much. You're amazing! Martin, Czech Republic

hotel is lovely and they treat guest with respect and always helpful. location is great. rooms reconstructed. hotel is on the great level in this location i would say "upper middle class" :) met all expectations. only pandemic situation affected a bit stay - pool closed and coughing people on the breakfast (guests not a staff, staff had no signs) a bit disturbed but with option to the room the situation can be solved. positive impact is that you can much easier get to the sightseeing or other must see places as there is much less tourist in the city as usual.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and breakfast was also good, Called for a kids bed and it arrived within 10 mins. Gym opposite the hotel entrance has what you need. Hotel well placed for getting about. Bus direct to airport just down the road and easy to find. Very happy with my stay here. Only lost a star as there were biscuits under my bed from the previous stay. Even after my room was cleaned on night 2 the cleaners still missed it. So just a small improvement to be made there.

Excellent location, good breakfast, and fabulous staff make this a good hotel. Small rooms and the fact that some of them can only be reached by a complicated process involving two elevator rides prevent this from being more than just a good hotel. I stayed in the hotel two nights in March, 2022, and three nights in April 2022. First of all, it is hard to beat the location. There are plenty of "good locations" in Budapest, but this is better than most, as it is right next to a major metro station, a short walk (400 meters?) to the Danube and its pedestrian park, and surrounded by historical sites, restaurants, and city life. Second, the staff were, to a person, professional, friendly, and even fun. On two occasions, I was helped by a new employee who was, in turn, patiently and gently monitored by a supervisor. All were great. I thought breakfast was very good. There was a big selection, and it was all pretty good. I found the breakfast room crowded, but that's just because the hotel had a lot of guests. I am also not crazy about those specialized coffee machines, as the tradeoff for getting a fancy coffee is waiting in line instead of just filling a cup from a large container, but I imagine most people disagree with me. In any case, the breakfast is absolutely fine. I stayed at the hotel twice and had two different rooms, so I imagine they were typical. Both were so small that there was no way to put both of my suitcases on the floor and walk freely in the room. I know that is the case with many hotels in major cities. This is not an old hotel, however, so they had the chance to change that and did not. The first room I had was in the building across a small street from the part of the hotel that contains the lobby. You cannot cross the street to enter that building. You have to go up to the third floor from the lobby, cross the street on an elevated walkway, then take the elevator in the other building to your floor (unless you are on the third floor). This is mildly annoying, especially if you are carrying things or you happen to forget something in your room. I thought the hotel was fine, but I would investigate other options before choosing to stay there again.

Stayed for 5 days here. Excellent service. Very clean room, the breakfast was grandiose, such a diversity of food and taste. I tried even some hungarian dishes like a specific bread with milk which I loved it, and they even had fresh fruit juice. Not a single day was I eating the same thing. Receptionists were very nice too. The hotel is at the center of the city, very easy to move around, and a lot of facilities nearby.

Great location! Beautiful decorations. Stylish place. Clean and nice rooms. In mine, I haven't got an iron and ironing board (which was a problem for me), but I believe that other rooms are better equipped. Think I like the most are speakers from TV mounted in the bathroom
