G	Gergely Kondás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A "sorszám-húzó" kártya nem egyértelmű, annak, aki először jár erre, nem is érti az ember, miért néznek át rajta, ahelyett, hogy hívnák. De végül csak sorra kerültünk. The "serial number puller" card is not clear, anyone who goes for it for the first time doesn't even understand why they are looking at it instead of calling it. But in the end, it was just our turn.
B	Beatrix Galántai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minőség kifogástalan,teljesen elégedettek vagyunk a nespressoval amióta megvettük az új készülékünket.Tegnapi napon be is mentünk az üzletbe, hátha találunk valami újdonságot számunkra. Mivel az első alkalommal nagyon barátságos és segítőkész volt az úriember az üzletben, ezért úgy döntöttünk újra ezt az üzletet választjuk, azonban csalódnom kellett. Egy hosszú szőke (esetleg ősz) hajú hölgy, elég barátságtalan volt, bármit kérdeztünk tőle a kávé választékkal kapcsolatban csak igen/nem választ kaptunk, látszott rajta hogy már alig várja hogy elmenjünk, azt az érzést keltette az emberben mintha bocsánatot kellett volna kérnünk tőle amiért felettünk 1-1 kérdést. Így gyorsan megvásároltuk a szokásos fajtákat és mentünk is tovább. Ha lesz lehetőségem biztos hogy nem szeretnék újra ebben az üzletben vásárolni, jobban megválogathatnák a személyzetet. The quality is impeccable, we are completely satisfied with nespresso since we bought our new device. We even went into the store yesterday to see if we could find anything new for us. Since for the first time the gentleman was very friendly and helpful in the business, we decided to choose this business again, however, I had to be disappointed. A lady with long blond (possibly gray) hair, she was quite unfriendly, whatever we asked her about the coffee selection we got only a yes / no answer, she seemed to be looking forward to leaving, it made the person feel like we had to apologize for that above us 1-1 questions. So we quickly bought the usual varieties and moved on. If I have the opportunity to be sure I don’t want to shop again in this store, I could make a better selection of staff.

Kávé kóstolásra is van lehetőség. Beautifully designed and furnished shop. Not only coffee but also coffee machines and accessories can be bought. Polite service. Coffee tasting is also available.

Ez szerintem nem kellene , hogy így legyen. Ha lett volna lehetőségem Árkádon belül máshol vásárolnom, akkor nem mentem volna vissza. Második nekifutásra is . Egy hidrogén szőke hajù hölgy , ugyanolyan flegma stìlusban beszélt. Talán ez az üzlet kuriòzuma a nyers modorù alkalmazottak?? Greetings, the style of the sellers is unqualifiable. They talk to customers very condescendingly !! The tall guy in particular. We also walked out of the store. I don't think that should be the case. If I had had the opportunity to buy elsewhere within the Arcade, I would not have gone back. Also for a second run. A lady with hydrogen blond hair spoke in the same phlegm style. Maybe this business is curious about the raw manners ??
J	József S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negyed órás sorbanállás után közli velem az eladó hölgy, hogy a bejáratnál egy kütyüt kellett volna magamhoz vennem ami hiányában nem tud kiszolgálni, így szólitotta a mögöttem érkező vásárlót…(!) Mivel először voltam ebben a boltban, fogalmam sem volt róla, mi itt a szokás, a bejárat szélén sarokba állított tábla pedig simán elkerüli az ember figyelmét. Kedves boltvezető, simán kinézem, hogy nem egyedüli az esetem, volna olyan kedves és a bejáratnál FELTŰNŐBB HELYEN kihelyezni a sorra kerülés házirendjét, ha nem szeretnének több bosszankodó vásárlót aki fölöslegesen várakozik az amúgy sem pörgős kiszolgálásra! Ebből a hiányosságból nem úgy érzik ezek a vásárlók, hogy az idejük fontos volna önöknek… After queuing for a quarter of an hour, the sales lady tells me that I should have brought a gadget at the entrance, which I can't serve without, so she called the customer behind me… (!)
