Nem voltak hajlandóak a 14 napon belüli elállási jogra, azonban pénzvisszafizetés helyett kaptunk tőlük ajándékutalványt, amit kizárólag a Westendben lévő üzletükben lehet levásárolni egy összegben. Ez borzasztóan inkorrekt és a fogyasztóvédelemhez is fordulhattunk volna. We had a purchase, but the next day we took the product back to them due to a size problem at their store in Westend where we bought it. They refused the right to withdraw within 14 days, however, instead of refunding them, we received a gift voucher from them, which can only be redeemed at their store in Westend for a lump sum. This is terribly incorrect and we could have turned to consumer protection.

Az üzletben levásárlást vagy az ajándékutalványt ajánlották föl. Nem tetszett most egy táska sem az akkori kínálatból, ugyanolyat bizalmatlanságból nem szerettem volna választani. A pénzt kértem vissza, elmondtam hogy én sem így terveztem, azt reméltem, hogy legalább egy évig a kedvenc darabom lesz a táska és nem kell egy hét múlva minőségi kifogás miatt visszahozni. Hát ebben az üzletben eddig a pontig tekintettek vásárlónak, mert az eladó sértődött stílusban, a 8995 Ft-ot fillérre pontosan kivágta a pultra, majd köszönés nélkül elviharzott. Az én elköszönésemet sem viszonozták. A stílus minősíthetetlen... Thank you, never again! I bought a bag for 8995 HUF. I wore it 4 times and the strap started to tear when sewing. A redemption or gift certificate was offered at the store. I didn't like a bag from the offer at the time, I didn't want to choose from the same distrust. I asked for the money back, I said I didn't plan it that way either, I was hoping that my bag would be my favorite piece for at least a year and I wouldn't have to bring it back in a week due to a quality complaint. Well, in this store, they were considered a buyer until now, because the seller was offended in style, cut the HUF 8,995 to the counter for a penny, and then stormed without greeting. My farewell was not returned. The style is insatiable ...
