★ ★ ★ ★ ★ River Estates irodaház: Budapest, Váci út 35. Lepukkant ócska irodaház amiben ÉVEK ÓTA probléma van a liftekkel. A főbejáratnál lévő 3 liftből egy már fél éve rossz. Az S IMMO AG vezetősége képtelen vagy nem akarja megoldani a problémát. A házban elavult a klíma és levegőztető rendszer, vagy nem működik rendesen. Citibanknak is elege lett és inkább elköltözött... senkinek se ajánlom hogy itt béreljen irodát.
 River Estates office building: Budapest, Váci út 35. A broken old office building with a problem with elevators FOR YEARS. One of the 3 elevators at the main entrance has been bad for half a year. The management of S IMMO AG is unable or unwilling to resolve the issue. The air conditioning and ventilation system in the house is outdated or not working properly. Citibank has had enough and has moved out ... I don't recommend anyone to rent an office here.
