★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon egyszerűen elérhetetlenek. Több alkalommal, eltérő időszakokban is próbálkoztam. Még a kapcsolattartó mobilszámát is hívom, ő sem hív vissza. A központból szintén a fiókhoz adnak elérhetőséget, amit nem vesznek fel.
Személyesen nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek, csak nem szívesen mászkálok folyamatosan hozzájuk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon szinte képtelenség elérni őket. Két nap után sikerűlt is. Időpontot szerettem volna lakossági számlanyitáshoz. A kisasszony közölte hogy 24,órán bel.vissza hiv és ad egy időpontot!! Na most jön a vicc része..!!! Figyuzz!! Másfél hét után felhivtak aktuális e még az érdeklődésem... :)) elált a szavam hogy volt bőr a pofájukon ennyi idő elteltével felkeresni..!! Ez egy vicc kategóriás bank!! Még az elődjénél is durvább.(volsbank) sok sikert nekik!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was "Volksbank" then it changed and became "Sberbank"! I thought now it might work!!! How ? Same staff / people with new clothes! Need to change the atmosphere / behavior. Customers are not your slaves! Ruling us with our money. Try to learn what "Customer service" mean!!!
