Gondoltam magamban, hogy akkor ez legalább egy 1,5 órás művelet lesz ismerve az Unicreditet, de nagyon kellemes meglepetésemre fél órán belül be jutottam és onnan már szinte azonnal sorra is kerültem. Majdnem 4-ot adtam ennek a látogatásnak ha nem próbálkozott volna be az ügyintéző hölgy a következővel: Számla megszüntetés igényével mentem oda, készültem, 3000 Ft-ot hagytam a bankszámlámon direkt. Azt mondta az ügyintéző, hogy sajnos nem működik a rendszer így nem lát rá semmire, de nincs gond, akkor papíron intézzük. Kitöltöttem a papírokat, majd vártam a további teendőket, de közölték velem, hogy kész is vagyunk. Visszakérdeztem, hogy jó, de mi lesz a 3000Ft-al? Hát sajnos nincs rendszer, ez van, a pénz itt ragad. Én mondtam hogy itt nem hagyok ennyi pénzt, valahogy oldjuk meg. Érdekes, némi szemforgatás után a rendszer sikeresen helyreállt.. Senki se hagyja magát, mert nagyon rafkósak! Az ügyfélszolgálatra rengeteget kell várni, majd mivel 17:05 kor végeztem, a biztonsági személyzet nem engedett vissza a családomhoz, akik türelmesen várakoztak az üzletházban, hanem az utca bejáraton kellett elhagyni a bankot, ami az üzletház oldalában egy sötét oldal, nem egy életbiztosítás erre távozni egyedül egy bankból. A bankban amúgy a fotelek már 2 éve is ki voltak ülve, most már óvatosan foglaljon itt helyet mindenki, mert a vas szerkezet már érezhető.
