★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable service!!!! I really like the café and used to go to the branches in the city so I thought it’s a good idea to try it at the airport… but don’t!! please, just don’t!! Never had such an experience like today. The service was super slow, I was waiting for at least half an hour for a coffee, the ladies didn’t know the products they’re supposed to sell, very poor choices of sandwiches available; no pastries at all!! The couple in front of me was waiting for long when they asked to pay as their gate was about to close. Although they didn’t order coffee they were just completely ignored by the staff then yelled at when they wanted to pay for the items. Then my turn came, the coffee I ordered was horrible as the lady misguided me about it, I assume she doesn’t know the ingredients!? Besides that I bought a small bottle of champagne and after settling the payment I asked for a cup. The lady rolled her eyes at me saying they don’t give cups for the champagne, only for the coffee!?!? I’m sorry, what?? Then she said if I want one I can pay 100 forint. That’s ridiculous!! It’s not the 100 forint, but the way someone looks down at their customers!!!
