I	Ildikó Téglás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem tudom a hotelt értékelni, mert nem voltam ott. Szobafoglalás előtt tájékozódni akartam étel-ital vonatkozásban. Mivel nem találtam a honlapon sem étlapot sem itallapot,felhívtam a hotelt, hogy segítsenek megtalálni. Mint kiderült ezek direkt nincsenek feltöltve és a személyzet kérésre sem adhatja ki. Ilyen hülyeséget én még soha nem hallottam, nem gondoltam hogy államtitok egy koktéllap vagy egy borlap. I can't rate the hotel because I wasn't there. I wanted to know about food and drink before booking a room. Since I couldn’t find a menu or drink on the website, I called the hotel to help me find it. As it turns out, they are not uploaded directly and the staff cannot issue them on request. I've never heard such nonsense before, I didn't think a cocktail page or a wine list was a state secret.

A jól hangszigetelt szobák kellemes pihenést biztosítottak, és a személyzet mindig nagyon segítőkész volt. A saját stég ügyes megoldás lehet melegebb időben, ugyanakkor a wellness részleg is teljesen megfelelő, sok nyugággyal felszerelt. Very nicely designed, well-equipped accommodation with outstanding cuisine. The well-soundproofed rooms provided a pleasant stay and the staff were always very helpful. Your own pier can be a good solution in warmer weather, but the wellness area is also completely adequate, with many sun loungers.

Megérkezésünk pillanatában elmondták, hogy szaunával rendelkező lakosztályra kaptunk upgrade-t ajándékba. A szálloda minden dolgozója olyan végtelenül kedves és nyugodt, amit eddig talán még sosem tapasztaltam más 5 csillagos szállodákban. Nem fennhéjázó, karót nyelt luxus jellemzi a szállodát, hanem könnyed, jól eső hedonizmus és minőség. Az ételekre egyszerűen nincsenek szavak. Ezúton is köszönünk mindent a LUA-nak! Customer experience millions of times maximized. My wife and I booked a room for our wedding anniversary. At the time of our arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded to a suite with a sauna as a gift. All the staff at the hotel are infinitely kind and relaxed, which I may have never experienced before in other 5-star hotels. The hotel is not characterized by overbearing luxury, but by light, well-fitting hedonism and quality. There are simply no words for food. Thanks again to LUA for everything!
E	Ervin Egon Kis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Még nem igazán van kész a hely, a feláras "lake view" szobából a Balaton helyett több építkezésre láttunk, szombat reggel gépek hangjára ébredtünk. A gasztronómia tényleg magas színvonalú, a kiszolgálás kedves, bár voltak még kezdeti problémák. Persze nem szabad elfelejteni, hogy a nyitás utáni első hétvégén voltunk, szóval bizonyára lehet még ezen javítani. Aki biztosra akar menni, várjon még egy picit. The place is not really ready yet, from the surcharge "lake view" room we saw several construction sites instead of Lake Balaton, we woke up on Saturday morning to the sound of machines. The gastronomy is really high quality, the service is nice, although there were still initial problems. Of course, we must not forget that we were on the first weekend after the opening, so there is certainly room for improvement. If you want to be sure, wait a minute longer.

V	Vincenzo Carlino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely liked everything, the spa, the food and the atmosphere were all amazing. Thanks also for the staff members who were very professional and always ready to help. The lake-view from the outside area is also stunning. Definitely recommended!
C	Chad Gustafson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for one night for a quick getaway for my birthday. We booked there because they have a floatspa and we love those things. Anyway, from the moment we stepped in the front door we were wowed with sincere service, friendly staff and a smartly finished building on a lovely stretch of Lake Balaton. Yes, they are still building the structures on both sides of LUA and because of that, yes, there is some construction noise at the moment, but it won't be forever and that is hardly their fault. We had the tasting menu for dinner and it was lovely, albeit extremely Hungarian (if featured a chicken pate in one course and was centered around Mangalica pork). The dining staff were obviously new to service, but they were sweet, very eager to please and make sure that there was nothing that we needed and that everything was perfect. We had a nice chat with the F&B manager, as we have many things in common. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with great water pressure and a very comfortable bed. The float spa wasn't full blackout and the room wasn't silent, but the pool accommodated my wife and me without feeling crowded and afterward, we felt like we'd had a week's vacation :-) In fact, we did it again the next day and my sciatica and back pain is completely gone. I'm sure not forever, but it's the first time since the last time we did a float spa on the other side of Hungary. The rest of the spa facilities is compact but complete and well-appointed. Anna and Kata were wonderful at the front desk and went out of their way to make our stay great. We will be back. We travel all over the world and frequently have sharp criticism of Hungarian hotels/resorts/spas because of poor attitude, lackluster service, out of date facilities and standards and unimaginative menus. This was not that. This was like a boutique hotel in Mexico, will all the friendliness, flavors and luxury. Keep it up, guys!
B	Bence Dankó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular rooms are somewhat cramped but nicely furbished. It's beach has been transformed into a small yacht port, therefore the lake shore in front of you is covered in concrete. The cuisine is really outstanding.
