Lőrincz Szabó doesn't really have much to do with Debrecen, but the full-length portrait sculpture is on Fő tér, facing Hatvan utca; the figure is 215 cm high and the candelabra 470 cm high. Lőrinc Szabó has so many connections to Debrecen that he studied here at the Reformed College for a while. He lived in Miskolc, Balassagyarmat.
