When she did decide to serve me, I could only get the impression that she absolutely hated her job and it really was a depressing experience. I think that even a dead person would be more lively!!

I bought food and coffee, sat down by myself and I didn't even finish when she came to me like a dictator shouting angrily in hungarian that I need to leave otherwise she'll call security. I've never been treated like this by anyone and I was shocked by her rudeness and horrible attitude!! How is she still allowed to work with people?!!

The employees are very friendly and understanding people! Their coffee is pretty cheap too! I would definitely say go!!

We ordered food which was awful (a few days old salad with no taste, extremely poor coffee service and taste) at a very big price. We stayed at our table like other tourists when a women who works there (a blonde one), unable to speak English in an airport, started to be furios and aggressive verbally in hungarian and made signs with her hands and all the people in the cafe started to look at her. We told her that we don't speak hungarian and she started to speak with her phone and translated with an app and told us to stand up from the table. Just to our group. She heard us speaking romanian and we think this might be the reason because no one else was told to leave. It is an horrible way to start your holiday with this type of people. I tried to leave an official complaint but no one in this airport knows where this could be done. This plave should pay attention at their staff or should close it if they can't manage a bussines. DON'T YOU EVER STOP HERE!
W	Wesley Dolly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place employs the worst mannered staff I have ever come across. Bad enough landing from a transit flight to find nothing in the airport open. You find yourself sitting and waiting for the first place that is to open to eat and get a hit drink after hours of waiting on the airport floor. Whilst lining up with 15 mins to go before the stores ADVERTISED opening hour, the staff roll into work. One woman who looked like she was there under duress the whole time. As time drew nearer and the queue began to grow, she shouted at us that they were not opening for an hour. This was a clear hour after I guess everyone and not just myself had expected. This was pointed out to the women who seemed not to care a less and walked about at their own pace. To the growing crowds annoyance. People pointed out the time and times shown on their phones. I believe with over whelming pressure from the crowd the lady’s finally opened the store 15 minutes late. I will also add that hygiene was not high up on their to do list to the shock of those of us that saw the contravention.
