P	Poopapa2.0 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable hotel this was, first of all the staff were incredibly rude my sister had Cut her foot due to a piece of glass that was already in the room when we had entered. Then the room we had stayed in has no lights! Just two, three lamps which barely helped with how dark it was. When we went to complain about the glass the staff just said “ ok goodbye” and left us. The towels were dirty as well and one of them even had blood! What a disgraceful stay we had, never coming back.
M	Mohsen khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for 2 nights and the reception staff was extremely rude to us, I have a feeling that we were Asians and they were being racist because I was watching their treatment with other nationalities and they were very friendly. The menu at the breakfast is horrible and very limited specially for kids, who eats boiled vegetables in the breakfast? Wi-Fi is horrible and very slow, they didn’t even change the bedsheets when we went there, their was broken glass pieces in one of the corner of the room and my daughter got a cut from it, when I told the receptionist she totally ignored me and just said okay. I would never ever recommend this hotel and never ever go back to this place.
M	Martin Roberts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the hotels 2 bedroom apartment in an annex building located at 22 Bastya Street. Check-in was in the Hotel itself which was efficient and friendly. The apartment itself was in a great location for exploring Budapest. The bathroom was great and the beds comfortable but we felt the cleanliness of the pain general was poor, especially the kitchen. Also the lighting in the apartment was terrible, really dim. The hotel staff were helpful, especially a guy named Istuan Horuath who helped us with several things during our 4 day stay.
L	Lynne Tuplin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent visit. Clean rooms, lifts available and a very nice buffet breakfast. All facilities provided including air con. Nicely situated. Tea and coffee were rather lacking in the rooms.

A	Ay Pa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of hotel is excellent!! Nearby the most important places. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is divers and tasty. Rooms are clean but not very big. Tip:ask for another pillow because the standard one you get is terrible. Starbucks is only 1min walking away ? Overall:we would certainly come here again when we visit budapest in the future.

The breakfast was very very taste with a good range of things. Also, the staff is really nice and friendly. I think the staff is a strong point of this hotel. In a single standard room the bed is close to the window, and they dont have central heating. I was in December. The location is also very good.
