It gets quite crowded in the afternoon so I recommend coming here early in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've reviewed the Museum seperately which gets a higher rating. This is just the Castle and views from the Tower. It's only worth doing the Tower because it's so cheap, but the guide's English wasn't good and couldn't understand what she was saying. But nice view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, you can rent a small boat in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Great for picnic but you can have a nice lunch and a drink outside. Plenty of places to go to. The Széchenyi bath is around the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn’t visit the museum or do any tours here but if you’re in the area it’s definitely worth a visit. Castle and the surroundings are very nice and you could walk around the City Park after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful castle, really impressive but only outside. Initially, the visitor believes that it is a castle that has a long history and will be associated with history and myths. However, it is a museum. In my opinion these museums are not interesting. Also, inside it is not at all impressive in relation to the outside. However, the exterior of the castle is definitely worth a visit. Especially in winter it is very beautiful when an ice rink is created next to the castle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like a fairy-tale castle. Really beautiful. We haven’t visited the agricultural museum inside but I’ve read it’s very interesting (besides it’s title). You can find some well-known monuments there, such as Anonymous and Lugosi Béla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The architecture is amazing but the museum definitely doesn’t worth at all though the tower offer great views from the city, wouldn’t recommend it either since the guide doesn’t offer any explication or suggestions… just a place to wander around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The castle was really beautiful. Many great spots to take pictures. We did not visit the museum inside because it was closed at the time we were there however the entire courtyard is free to explore. A must when visiting Budapest!
